Madeleine Armstrong, won the Hammond House short story prize in 2023, and has twice been the winner of Curtis Brown’s monthly social media challenge #WriteCBC.

She’s also been top pick in the Australian Writers’ Centre’s Furious Fiction showcase, as well as being longlisted and shortlisted for various writing competitions.
